  • Where am I going?

  • What time should I arrive?

    6:00 pm
    DOORS OPEN

    Please check in at the host stand by 6:15pm.

     

    When you check in, please present the ticket included in your confirmation email. The host will check your party off the guest list and direct you where to go. If you’re unable to present your ticket, simply provide the name the reservation was purchased under, and the host can look you up on the guest list.

    6:30 pm
    SHOWTIME

    Dinner service starts at 6:30pm, and the show will begin once everyone has been served their entrée.

    Late Arrivals

    Guests must be seated by 6:30pm in order to select their choice of dinner options. Late arrivals will receive the Cavatappi with Italian Sausage and Flourless Chocolate Cake. Alternatively, if you are aware you may be arriving late, you can call ahead to place your order before 6:30pm. Call (312) 828-0966  and let the host your are attending Nitti’s and would like to place your dinner order ahead of time, as you may arrive late.

     

    If you arrive early, visit Harry's Bar or Nitti's Vault.

  • Do I need to show a ticket?

    Your tickets will included in the confirmation email you receive after you place your order. There will also be a guest list with the names of all ticket holders. Please show your ticket or give the host the name your tickets were purchased under and they will check you in and direct you where to go.

  • What accessibility accommodations are available?

    The performance takes place on the second floor. While there is a flight of stairs, we also have a freight elevator available for guests with mobility issues. There will be a brief intermission during the show for guests to use the restroom or order additional beverages. Restrooms are conveniently located just outside the room and are easily accessible.

  • What's included?

    The ticket price includes the show, a three-course meal, and soft drinks.

    In addition to the standard dinner options, we offer a full bar with ​beer, wine and liquor available for purchase throughout the show, and an optional $15 steak entrée upgrade. This "Speakeasy Special" includes a 6oz steak served with spinach and mashed potatoes. Anyone interested in upgrading their meal can do so when placing their order at the show. The upgrade, along with any cocktails or alcoholic beverages, will be added to your individual bill at the end of the evening.

    A Note About Gratuity

    A gentle reminder that gratuity is not included in the ticket cost. Our talented cast of performers work double-duty as your servers for the evening.

     

    Please remember to tip accordingly when your bar bill arrives at the end of the night.

  • Can I add additional guests to my reservation?

    If you wish to add guests to your party, you must purchase additional tickets in advance. If there are open seats available at your table, you may purchase those as you normally would and add a note during check out to let us know that you would like to be seated as a group and include the name the other reservation is under if it was purchased under a different name.

    If tickets are still available but your table is full, we may be able to adjust table sizes or placements if capacity and space allows. Please email RACHEL@HARRYCARAYS.COM with the following information and we will advise you on how to proceed and make any necessary adjustments on the back end to ensure your party is seated all together.:

     

    • The name your tickets were purchased under and/or table number

    • How many additional tickets you needed to buy

     

    If no tickets are available online at nittissupperclub.com that means your show date is sold out and no additional guests can be added to your party.

    TICKETS CANNOT BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR.

  • What is the dress code?

    ​Nitti's Supper Club does not require a specific dress code.

     

    You're welcome to express yourself thematically if you're feeling inspired — embracing your inner mobster with a sharp suit or getting all dolled up in your finest flapper attire can add a fun flair to your evening. However, if you prefer to keep it casual and wear what you'd normally wear to dine at Harry Caray's, that's perfectly fine too.

     

    We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience however you choose to dress.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Tickets are fully refundable up to 14 days before the show.

    Cancellations within 14 days will receive a 50% refund.

     

    Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
