EVERY TABLE HAS A GOOD VIEW
Nitti’s Supper Club takes place in an intimate setting, with an interactive performance that brings the story to life throughout the entire room. The actors also serve as your dinner servers, so the action can happen anywhere around you. Because the performance utilizes the entire space, there are no bad seats—every table offers a unique view of the show.
PURCHASING TICKETS TOGETHER VS. SEPARATELY
If you are attending with others, we recommend purchasing all of your tickets at the same time.
If you need to purchase additional tickets for your party or members of your group need to purchase separately, please email us at RACHEL@HARRYCARAYS.COM with the following details:

If you have trouble finding a table to accommodate your party size, please let us know and we will advise you on how to proceed and make any necessary adjustments on the back end to ensure your party is seated all together.
This will help us ensure your party is seated together and that your table can accommodate everyone.
HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A TABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR GROUP SIZE?
We may be able to adjust table sizes or placements if capacity and space allows.

SHARED TABLES
While we do our best to seat each party at its own private table, there is a possibility that your party may be seated with another group at a shared table. This is especially likely if your party does not fill an entire table and there are additional seats available for another party, or if all smaller tables have already been reserved and only larger tables remain. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

What time should I arrive?
6:00 pm
DOORS OPENPlease check in at the host stand by 6:15pm.
When you check in, please present the ticket included in your confirmation email. The host will check your party off the guest list and direct you where to go. If you’re unable to present your ticket, simply provide the name the reservation was purchased under, and the host can look you up on the guest list.
6:30 pm
SHOWTIMEDinner service starts at 6:30pm, and the show will begin once everyone has been served their entrée.
Late Arrivals
Guests must be seated by 6:30pm in order to select their choice of dinner options. Late arrivals will receive the Cavatappi with Italian Sausage and Flourless Chocolate Cake. Alternatively, if you are aware you may be arriving late, you can call ahead to place your order before 6:30pm. Call (312) 828-0966 and let the host your are attending Nitti’s and would like to place your dinner order ahead of time, as you may arrive late.
If you arrive early, visit Harry's Bar or Nitti's Vault.
Do I need to show a ticket?
Your tickets will included in the confirmation email you receive after you place your order. There will also be a guest list with the names of all ticket holders. Please show your ticket or give the host the name your tickets were purchased under and they will check you in and direct you where to go.
What accessibility accommodations are available?
The performance takes place on the second floor. While there is a flight of stairs, we also have a freight elevator available for guests with mobility issues. There will be a brief intermission during the show for guests to use the restroom or order additional beverages. Restrooms are conveniently located just outside the room and are easily accessible.
What's included?
The ticket price includes the show, a three-course meal, and soft drinks.
In addition to the standard dinner options, we offer a full bar with beer, wine and liquor available for purchase throughout the show, and an optional $15 steak entrée upgrade. This "Speakeasy Special" includes a 6oz steak served with spinach and mashed potatoes. Anyone interested in upgrading their meal can do so when placing their order at the show. The upgrade, along with any cocktails or alcoholic beverages, will be added to your individual bill at the end of the evening.A Note About Gratuity

Can I add additional guests to my reservation?
If you wish to add guests to your party, you must purchase additional tickets in advance. If there are open seats available at your table, you may purchase those as you normally would and add a note during check out to let us know that you would like to be seated as a group and include the name the other reservation is under if it was purchased under a different name.
If tickets are still available but your table is full, we may be able to adjust table sizes or placements if capacity and space allows. What is the dress code?
Nitti's Supper Club does not require a specific dress code.
You're welcome to express yourself thematically if you're feeling inspired — embracing your inner mobster with a sharp suit or getting all dolled up in your finest flapper attire can add a fun flair to your evening. However, if you prefer to keep it casual and wear what you'd normally wear to dine at Harry Caray's, that's perfectly fine too.
We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience however you choose to dress.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are fully refundable up to 14 days before the show.
Cancellations within 14 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
